Do you know that you're starting to get on my nerves?








maybe you should shut up and be me for just one day.
that's all i can ask for.
so that you'll know how much pain i actually have to put up with.
so that you won't lash out on me, thinking that you know half the things i'm going through.

and that all this while, i have been acting
you know why?
because even though i'm terribly crushed inside, i'll always put up a jovial exposition
you know, i'm excellent at concealing my emotions
i'm the best actress you could ever find.

this year has been the toughest ever, with all the emotional turmoil you could ever find
so you can just continue to shatter whatever hopes i have left.
because honestly, i'm feeling numb from all the pain

i'm hoping, just hoping, that things will be better next year.
